TWIRL Hoop Dance hoops are not the kiddie hoops you remember!  These are adult-sized dance/fitness hoops with a size and weight that allow you to perform the growing repertory of hoop dance moves.  Each hoop is about 40″ wide and about 1.5 lbs.  (Trust us, after 55 minutes of straight hooping, you’ll be glad it isn’t any heavier.)
